Services
Rankozy provides services including, but not limited to, SEO, web development, graphic design, and digital marketing. Our services are subject to the specific terms listed in each service agreement or order confirmation.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required upfront for all services unless specified otherwise in a separate agreement.
- All payments are processed in accordance with the payment method selected by the client.

Refund Policy
At Rankozy, we aim to ensure client satisfaction with our services. However, we offer refunds under specific conditions for each service category, as outlined below:
- SEO Services: Refunds are provided only if we are unable to deliver the promised results, with a minimum commitment of 12 months to allow sufficient time for measurable SEO outcomes.
- Web Development Services:
- Before Development Starts: If the client cancels before development begins, the payment will be refunded to their Rankozy Wallet for future use.
- After Development Begins: No refunds are provided after development work has commenced due to the resources and time invested.
- Graphic Design Services: Refunds are not provided for graphic design services. Clients are encouraged to confirm their design requirements beforehand.
- Digital Marketing Services: Refunds are available only after 6 months of service use, as results typically take 3 to 6 months. Refunds are not offered for shorter durations.
- Refund Time Frame: For eligible refunds, processing may take 15 to 30 days, depending on case complexity and payment method.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information and documents when requested.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all content shared with Rankozy complies with our ethical standards and terms.
Confidentiality
We value the confidentiality of your data. Rankozy agrees to keep all user information private and not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or for operational purposes in delivering services.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, and materials created by Rankozy are the intellectual property of Rankozy until full payment is received. Once payment is confirmed, the client has ownership of the final deliverables provided. However, Rankozy reserves the right to use certain project elements in our portfolio unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
Product Shipping Policy
Rankozy does not provide or ship any physical products as part of its services. All services are delivered digitally, and no tangible goods are dispatched to customers. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept that Rankozy’s offerings are limited to digital services, and we do not engage in product shipping or logistics.
Limitation of Liability
Rankozy will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for any issues or losses caused by delays, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Modifications to Services and Terms
Rankozy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice. Changes to these terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
Termination of Service
Rankozy reserves the right to terminate any client’s access to our services if these terms and conditions are violated, or if the client engages in activities that harm our reputation or business.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and services will be handled through negotiation. If a resolution is not reached, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
