SEO Services
We offer a refund for SEO services only if we are unable to deliver the promised results. However, clients must use our SEO services for at least 12 months to be eligible for a refund. SEO is a long-term process, and results may take time to materialize, so we require this minimum commitment.
Web Development Services
- Before Development Starts: If a client decides to cancel their web development project before the development process begins, we will refund the payment to their Rankozy Wallet, ensuring the funds are safely stored for future use.
- After Development Begins: Once the web development project is in progress, we do not offer refunds. This is due to the resources and time already invested in the project.
Graphic Design Services
We do not offer refunds for graphic design services. We encourage clients to confirm their design requirements and expectations before placing an order. This ensures that our team can meet your specific needs.
Digital Marketing Services
For digital marketing services, clients must use the service for at least 6 months to qualify for a refund. This is because digital marketing results typically take between 3 to 6 months to show measurable outcomes. Refunds will not be provided if a client requests one within 2 or 3 months of service.
Refund Time Frame
For eligible refunds, the process may take 15 to 30 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the case and the payment method used.
